2. Services

Amor Jets operates as a private jet charter broker. We arrange private aviation services on behalf of our clients by connecting them with licensed and certified aircraft operators within our global network.

Amor Jets does not own or operate aircraft directly. All flights are operated by independently licensed aviation operators who carry full operational and safety responsibility for each flight.

3. Bookings & Confirmations

• All charter enquiries are subject to aircraft availability at the time of confirmation
• A booking is only confirmed once a written confirmation has been issued by Amor Jets and the required payment has been received
• Amor Jets reserves the right to decline any booking request at its sole discretion
• All confirmed bookings are subject to the specific terms of the operating carrier, which will be provided at the time of confirmation

4. Payments

• Full payment or a deposit as specified is required to confirm your charter booking
• Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking
• All prices quoted are in the currency specified at the time of quotation and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed
• Applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges will be clearly outlined in your quotation

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation terms vary depending on the aircraft type, route, and operating carrier. Specific cancellation and refund policies will be clearly outlined in your booking confirmation.

As a general guideline:

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to departure may be eligible for a partial refund subject to operator terms
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of departure may result in full forfeiture of payment
• Amor Jets will always work to recover the maximum possible refund on your behalf in the event of cancellation

6. Amendments

• Schedule changes and itinerary amendments are subject to aircraft and crew availability
• Additional costs arising from amendments will be communicated and agreed upon before changes are confirmed
• Amor Jets will make every effort to accommodate schedule changes at no additional charge where operationally possible

7. Client Responsibilities

By booking with Amor Jets, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete passenger information including valid identification details
• Comply with all applicable aviation regulations, customs requirements, and immigration laws
• Ensure all passengers hold valid travel documents required for their journey
• Behave in a manner that does not compromise the safety, comfort, or operation of the flight
• Arrive at the designated departure point at the agreed time

Amor Jets reserves the right to refuse carriage to any passenger who fails to comply with these requirements.

8. Baggage

Baggage allowances vary by aircraft type and will be specified at the time of booking. Clients with specific baggage requirements including oversized items, sports equipment, or large volumes of luggage should inform their aviation specialist at the time of enquiry.

9. Liability

• Amor Jets acts solely as a charter broker and is not liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of the operating carrier
• Amor Jets is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by weather, air traffic control, technical issues, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• In all cases, our liability is limited to the value of the charter fee paid

10. Force Majeure

Amor Jets is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, civil unrest, pandemic, or severe weather events.

11. Privacy

The collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Amor Jets website including text, images, logos, and design elements is the exclusive property of Amor Jets and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Amor Jets is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
